Talent Acquisition Coordinator

 

The TA support is responsible for arranging interviews, screening candidates and communicating with hiring managers. This position will act as a consultant to candidates throughout the hiring process, and create best candidate experience. The position is also accountable for managing interactions with candidates in accordance with employment law and in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity and respect.

 

  • Refine and manage consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes (including that support a highly positive candidate experience and recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies)
  • Proactively drives process improvements and tools enhancement of Recruiting services and operations
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal laws, regulations, and company policy related to recruitment and placement
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system
  • Drive the TA social media strategy, which will include but not be limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Glass Door
  • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to meet established and quantifiable goals in a timely manner
  • Assist University Recruiting Program Manager in college recruiting activities
  • Work with other areas in HR to support event planning and other projects as needed
