Location: Valencia, CA
Design, simulate, develop and test DSP algorithms for audio applications (loudspeakers, equalizers, room correction)
Implementation of real time algorithms
Test & measurements of audio systems
Analysis of test results and reporting
Working toward Bachelor’s or Master's (preferred) Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
Understanding of signal processing and system control.
Basic knowledge of at least one of; acoustics, linear & nonlinear systems, control theory.
Must be able to develop and document designs, simulations, analysis and test results.
Must be able to work independently in the lab and perform initial hardware check-out and debug.
A musician and/or passionate about music.
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create clear documentation even for the most detailed design concepts.
An attention to detail. Always thinking: "How can I make this better?"
A great team player able to assume any role from mentor to student.
