Samsung Research America (SRA) plays a pivotal role in developing next generation software, user experience, and services for future products that can enrich our life.
Sensing & Intelligence Manager will be responsible for delivering meaningful insight into the technology industry in the United States to Samsung team members for the better decision-makings.
A successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to understand key technologies and have experience of writing in-depth reports about technology trends and the broader industry landscape.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Sensing & Intelligence team members to publish various sensing reports in a timely manner
Work with internal groups to identify and collect the 1st-hand information, and summarize it for SRA sensing reports
Participate in events/conferences to monitor the key activities in the technology industry and leading universities
Provide necessary support to sensing-related requests within Samsung, such as finding related information, coordinating collaborative work among groups, and building relationships with universities and startups
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experiences of Competitive Intelligence-related areas
Fluent in Korean and English. Technical writing ability in Korean and English required.
Ability to multi-task in a timely and consistent manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude, work ethic and most of all, passion for sensing works
